CHILDREN & SCHOOLING

City Contracting is contributing to the construction of a new school building, near to Krueger Game Reserve in South Africa

The school building programme is part of the Pride ‘n Purpose programme being run by Ulusaba (Sir Richard Branson’s Private Game Reserve)

The project is due to be completed by middle of 2009

 

 

City Contracting are also providing funds for the construction of a “Eco friendly” Crèche

The building is being constructed using sand bags, built within a timber frame

This offers a very economical building solution, where costly materials like cement and blocks are not needed

 

 

 

NIGERIAN SMALL BUSINESS

In Lagos, City Contracting is assisting a talented lady with establishing her florist business

She was trained by European florists, but lacked the funds and infra-structure to really move forwards

“Flowers by Grace” is now a thriving florist business, catering for majoe parties, weddings and other functions; along with individual bouquets
